14. Ownership of Work
Ownership of final website files, designs, written content, graphics, or other deliverables will depend on the specific project agreement and whether full payment has been received.Unless otherwise agreed in writing:Leyh Designs retains ownership of concepts, drafts, unused designs, development methods, templates, internal tools, strategy documents, and preliminary work.The client receives rights to approved final deliverables after full payment is made.Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, plugins, themes, platforms, or licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms.Leyh Designs may display completed work in portfolios, case studies, social media, advertising, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
